Lakes Area Chamber members visited the Tropical Smoothie Cafe located at 4863 Carroll Lake Road in Commerce on Wednesday, August 8th for our Spotlight Lunch. Mmmmmm, mmmmmm, Good! Chamber guests enjoyed a terrific lunch and were treated to a FREE smoothie! If you haven’t visited this location yet the service & food is FABULOUS!
The General Manager, Frank, explained how the franchises all work together to contribute to Camp Sunshine in Casco, Maine which hosts kids with life threatening illnesses & their families at no expense. This year, a check for $1,011,330 was donated. This results in just over 400 families visiting the camp at no cost to them – what a great way to give back!
