Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce is seeking nominations for businesses, organizations and individuals to be recognized for their outstanding community service at our Annual Community Awards Breakfast.
Emphasis will be placed on community activities or involvement by the nominee during the most recent calendar year. However, significant accomplishments from past years may be included as additional supporting evidence espeically in regards to the Lifetime Achievement Award. Attention should be directed to those who act in a volunteer capacity with dedication and motivation to contribute without any thought of an award.
Nomination Deadline is Monday, May 15, 2018.
Award recipients will be recognized at the Annual Community Awards Breakfast on June 19 at Edgewood Country Club.
